Since the "snow is gone and the sun is shining", as Isaiah puts it, he restyled the American Rag baseball jacket we posted earlier during #MacysCampusTour for a truly great spring look. While non colors and neutrals dominate winter, spring is all about color and a pair of colorful chinos adds just the right pop your outfit.
WHITE DENIMMaria | SCU
Samir and Chelsea bring us more campus style from Santa Clara University, as part of #MacysCampusTour. Here we have SCU student Maria keeping cool in her white denim jacket by Jessica Simpson for Macy's and dress by American Rag for Macy's
HOUNDSTOOTH Madeline | Duke University
Shayan caught Madeline while shooting for #MacysCampusTour a few weeks back, while she was walking to class. Madeline is a Duke junior studying Public Policy.
LINEN & ORANGE Kyle | SCU
With spring rolling around it’s time to break out the lighter fabrics and bright colors. Samir and Chelsea styled Kyle as part of #MacysCampusTour with a cool blue linen shirt from American Rag and an amazing orange pair of jeans from Levi’s. Be sure to keep an eye out for both of these brands next time you’re at Macy’s.
SPRING SHOE GUIDE
College men, with snow finally melting on campuses across the U.S., it's time to put your winter boots in storage and start thinking about what shoes you'll be wearing this winter. Isaiah, one of our Campus Sartorialists put together this handy-dandy chart to help you plan. Click-through for a few cool options from Macy's (#MacysCampusTour)
NEUTRALSJohn & Yvette | Yale University
It's not always about the colors, as John and Yvette have shown us. Neutrals, like grays, beiges, taupes, blacks and whites, can also make an outfit stand out. Check out more tips from #MacysCampusTour here.
ROCK & ROLL SPRING UGA
It is spring break down in Athens, GA, and our two UGA Campus Sartorialists, Dana and Maddie are basking in the glory of 70 degree weather. Springtime is usually categorized with bright colors, poppy florals, easter eggs, and allergies, but this outfit turns those assumptions upside-down. Add some rock and roll "bad-assery" to your wardrobe with bright red lipstick, graphic tees, cheetah print, excessive jewelry and a can-do attitude. Check our #MacysCampusTour for more spring style ideas.
SPRING PRINT Monica | Duke University
Monica, a junior at Duke, photographed here by Shayan Asadi on our #MacysCampusTour, wearing a pair of American Rag Printed Shorts for Macy's. Just like Paul, from our previous post, this is a great example of how to best incorporate a bold print into your outfit without overdoing it.
